Meta Maya Environmental (MME) owns an asbestos testing laboratory based in Perth, Western Australia and is committed to providing professional and comprehensive quality laboratory testing services to its clients. MME holds NATA Accreditation for the undertaking of laboratory analysis of materials and soils for asbestos content in accordance with ISO 17025. MME is also certified to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems (QMS) Standard, which is an additional assurance of service quality.

The laboratory provides independent analytical and consulting services to private individuals, industry, commercial and government bodies. In-house accredited methods ensure accurate results with fast and reliable turnaround times.

Asbestos Testing: Perth and Australia Wide

MME uses state of the art Polarised Light Microscopy (PLM) to detect asbestos fibres. All of the work is completed in-house at our headquarters in Perth. The laboratory at MME HQ fills the service gap in the market, offering 'Quality within Value' giving our clients expert advice and services with one of the fastest turnarounds in WA, and all at affordable prices!

Asbestos Safety and Eradication Agency (ASEA) - Permit No. 27-2020 - MME is authorised to import asbestos under the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956.

MME provides services involving the import of samples for analysis and sampling and inspection of products that have been imported and retained at the border.
